WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR LEARNING JOURNEY WITH DRIVEable Driving School!
During your initial lesson, we will inquire about your driving history, if applicable, and discuss any anxieties, learning or intellectual disabilities, confidence concerns, or phobias you may have. This allows us to tailor our instruction to your unique needs, as we reject the "one size fits all" approach to teaching.
We will provide open and honest feedback and discuss a plan with you to facilitate progress during your lessons with your parents or supervisor. As we track your progress, you will receive a PRACTICE SHEET. The more you practice between lessons, the more benefits you will reap from your sessions with your accredited DRIVING INSTRUCTOR!
There's no need to fret over 'bad habits,' as we view them as opportunities for learning.
During your first lesson, you will become acquainted with and feel at ease around your empathetic, nurturing, and positive professional instructor. If you feel comfortable, we would be delighted for your parents or supervisor to join us in the car to observe our teaching methods, enabling them to assist you effectively and ensure everyone is aligned.

We will not declare you "TEST READY" unless it is true!
And finally, yet crucially, we will not squander your time or money. You will gain substantial knowledge, receive gentle reminders of necessary actions, and enjoy the process in a calm and respectful environment.
- Please complete your logbook before your driving lesson. Ensure that payment is made prior to the lesson or bring cash with you, as stopping at an ATM during the lesson wastes valuable time. Practice the techniques your driving instructor teaches you between lessons to help you progress to the next level. While your parents or supervisor may demonstrate different methods, feel free to combine these approaches to find what works best for you; we can advise you on whether it meets the Examiner's criteria. Be prepared and alert for your lesson to maximize your learning experience. Even if you've passed your driving test, it's important to regularly refresh your knowledge of road rules online, which is available at no cost.
