DRIVEABLE DRIVING SCHOOL at Parkwood

Parkwood is surrounded by Pacific Pines, Labrador, Southport, Molendiner and Gaven on the northern part of the Gold Coast, QLD. The Gold Coast City Hospital with its fabulous Ronald McDonald house for parents of sick children is next to Parkwood. Parkwood is quite a large area but has good public transport including the 'G' Link Light Rail Station and the Parkwood Train Station. with a Park 'n' Ride area.

Going North to Brisbane or South to the heart of the Gold Coast or to New South Wales is super easy as the M1 Motorway (Pacific Motorway) is right there. 

There has been a building application submitted for a $300 Million Surf Resort at Parkwood, adjacent to the Parkwood Golf Club. Fingers crossed that gets approved (see photo below) This will be amazing!

The Gold Coast Titans (Rugby League) have their very own Training Centre and administration facility on the grounds of the Parkwood Village. That's rather special.

Also in the Parkwood Village is the Gold Coast's most amazing Health Club. It even has a Sled Track! It has a Creche so parents can enjoy the Gym knowing their little ones are being well looked after. And it's located inside the Jummps Trampoline Park, just in case you haven't done enough at the gym, or you want to take the little ones bouncing!

Southport State High School, Arundel State High School and Coombabah State High School are all an easy drive from Parkwood. DRIVEable Driving Schools loves teaching around Parkwood as it has lots of different driving, for example going over the G light rail tracks, and some very ''interesting'' junctions. Great practice for your Learner Driver. 

Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre in the Premier Gold Coast's Outset Centre, is definitely worth a visit, especially at sale time, where you are sure to pick up a fantastic bargain or two, or three or four.........ok I'll stop now :-) When you're all shopped out, you can grab a bite to eat from Harbour Town Eats, or pop in and see a movie and the Reading Cinemas.
